If You’re Not 100% Satisfied – We’ll Take the Product Back
WE HONOR OUR WARRANTY
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer will need to send the product back to Eco LED Mart. We cannot fulfill the warranty claim until Eco LED Mart has received the product back. We do not provide a prepaid return label for warranty claims after 30 days from the purchase date. If the product is not available or is discontinued, Eco LED Mart will offer the next best alternative at Eco LED Mart’s discretion. All return shipping for warranty claims will be processed by the customer directly with the shipping company. Once the product has arrived on site and has been inspected, Eco LED Mart will ship the repaired fixture or replacement back to the customer free of charge.

Eco LED Mart is not liable for any installation mishaps and does not reimburse for any installation costs. We will cover the cost of product if the product is defective within warranty period, but no other costs will be covered. Eco LED Mart recommends using a licensed electrician for all installations to ensure the product has been correctly installed. In no event is Eco LED Mart liable for any incidental, direct or indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages of any kind or any other damages whatsoever, including without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of reputation, good will, data, information, income, anticipated savings or loss of business relationships.
