Return Policy - Eco LED Mart
If You’re Not 100% Satisfied – We’ll Take the Product Back
Our company fully stands behind all our products. We will take care of any problems with merchandise that does not work as intended and work tirelessly until you are 100% satisfied. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com or call us within 30 days of the order delivery date and let us know. We will send you an RMA number, and you can send the product back to us. We can either replace the item with one of your choice or issue a refund.
Steps to issue a return:
- Click on the Returns
- Enter your email address and Order Number. If you do not have your order number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will retrieve that information for you.
- Once you see your order information pop up, click on the cart under create returns. That will generate an email to our Return Department. Please check back on the same page within 24 hours and it will populate an RMA number. Write the RMA number on a piece of paper and place within the box.
As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will inspect the product. If the product is returned as new, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 7-12 business days to process and post these refunds to your account. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4-6 business days), processing the return once we receive it in the warehouse (1-2 business days), and the time for the bank to process the refund request (2-4 business days).
If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund based on the table below. A re-stocking fee applies only to qualifying returned merchandise that has been opened and is not considered to be in its original packaging/condition or the original packaging has been damaged.
Per Unit Value $100 and under- Restocking fee = 30% of item value
Per Unit Value $101 and over - Restocking fee = 15% of item value
Please note that Merchandise purchased at clearance pricing is not eligible for return. In addition, refunds can be denied if accessories are missing. It is at the discretion of Eco LED Mart to deny a refund if the package is not returned in it's original packaging.
Defective: Handling this type of return will differ as the product was defective prior to your usage. Email us at email@example.com before trying to return defective merchandise. Eco LED Mart will cover all shipping cost if defective item is identified within 10 days of your order date. For all defective items after the 10-day mark will be treated as a warranty replacement and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to replace the defective tube.
Damaged: Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in route. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please DO NOT refuse the delivery. Identify the shipping damage, take a picture of the damage to the packaging and products, and then call or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. You have 5 days from the delivery date to inform Eco LED Mart. Please save all packaging material and paperwork. If you attempt to return the merchandise without speaking to one of our customer service representatives, you will jeopardize your chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Our Error: If for some reason an error is made on our part, Eco LED Mart will send you a prepaid shipping label and you simply need to drop the package off to your local USPS/FedEx Office.
We recommend all return shipments purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your shipment arrives damaged, Eco LED Mart cannot offer you a refund. Once the item has been inspected and approved, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued. We will accept the return of merchandise that was purchased from Eco LED Mart within 30 days of shipment date. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Items that have been used, open parts, or discarding the packing material are defined as used merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred in warranty claims.
Eco LED Mart is not liable for any installation mishaps and does not reimburse for any installation costs. We will cover the cost of product if the product is defective within warranty period, but no other costs will be covered. Eco LED Mart recommends using a licensed electrician for all installations to ensure the product has been correctly installed. In no event is Eco LED Mart liable for any incidental, direct or indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages of any kind or any other damages whatsoever, including without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of reputation, good will, data, information, income, anticipated savings or loss of business relationships.
