How fast will I get a quote and a layout?
Most project quotes go out within one business day. Free photometric layouts typically take 24–48 hours for indoor projects and 24–72 hours for outdoor. Include square footage, ceiling height and quantities to speed things up.
Do you offer net terms?
Yes. Approved business accounts can pay on net terms. Fill out the trade account form and our team will follow up.
Can I buy tax-exempt?
Yes. Email your exemption certificate to sales@ecoledmart.com with your company name and we'll apply it to your orders.
Do you ship freight or to job sites?
Yes. Large orders ship by freight, and we can ship directly to your job site. Include the delivery address and timing in your quote request.
